FISHING FAQS

  1. Do I have to bring my own fishing equipment?
    No. We provide quality fishing equipment (fishing rods/reels) for your use. You may bring your own fishing rod/reel if you prefer.
  2. Do I have to bring my own bait?
    No. We provide the bait (fresh and artificial) and teasers.
  3. Do I need a license to fish in Puerto Rico’s coastal waters?
    No. A fishing license is not needed or required.
  4. Do you do bottom fishing?
    No. We no longer offer Bottom Fishing.
  5. Do you do Big Game fishing?
    Yes. We offer Saltwater Big Game Fishing.
  6. Can I bring my own food?
    Yes. We provide ice, bottled water, sodas, juice drinks and snacks (chips), but you are welcomed to bring alcoholic beverages and heavier food to the boat.
  7. How many people can I bring to the boat?
    The maximum number of passengers for fishing is 6.
  8. Can I pay with cash?
    Yes. But a VISA or Master Card credit card is required to make the reservation.
  9. What is your cancellation policy?
    There is a cancellation fee if you don’t cancel at least 5 days before charter date. If we cancel the charter the cancellation fee does not apply.
  10. How far out do you go fishing?
    On Half Day Fishing Charters we go up to 10 miles out. On Full Day Fishing Charters we go up to 20 miles out.
  11. What kind of fish do you catch?
    Mostly Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Sailfish and Tuna Fish. We also have White and Blue Marlins.
  12. What are you catching now?
    Mahi-Mahi, Wahoo, Tuna Fish and Sailfish are in season all year round. White and Blue Marlins are in season from September through March.

CRUISING FAQS

  1. Can I bring my own food?
    Yes. We provide ice, bottled water, sodas, juice drinks and snacks (chips), but you are welcomed to bring alcoholic beverages and heavier food to the boat.
  2. Is alcohol allowed on boat?
    Yes. We can’t sell or provide alcoholic beverages but you may bring your own.
  3. May I bring young children?
    Children of all ages are welcomed in our boat, even infants. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
  4. Do you offer overnight cruising?
    Yes. We offer overnight charters.
  5. Are handicapped people allowed on boat?
    No. We are not equipped to accommodate handicapped people.
  6. Do you have small boats to use when docked?
    No. The boat has a kayak for two and a paddleboard for your use at no extra cost.
  7. Can I bring my own small boat (kayak/dinghy)?
    Yes. You may bring your own kayak or dinghy.
  8. How many people can I bring to the boat?
    The maximum number of passengers for cruising is 12.
  9. Can I pay with cash?
    Yes. But a VISA or Master Card credit card is required to make the reservation.
  10. What is your cancellation policy?
    There is a cancellation fee if you don’t cancel at least 5 days before charter date. If we cancel the charter the cancellation fee does not apply.
  11. Do you have a cooler or a refrigerator to keep food and drinks cold?
    Yes. The boat has a double door refrigerator/freezer inside the main cabin and a drink cooler out on the deck.
